We deliver at pre agreed times for the prescription using medineed.in, generally the medicines are dispatched with in 24 hours to a maximum 48 hours (through courier).
• Except Sunday or other government holidays and are subject to availability.

We ensure for your order to deliver to your satisfaction, however in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to take return to your ordered goods on following conditions-
• Youhave received an item’s that does not match your order.
• The item were damaged in transit (to be refused at doorstep and mentioned in POD of courier) Replaced for the damaged item is subject to be availability in stock. In absence of replacement, a refund will be issue.

Return are subject to following condition.
• Item being returned should only be their originally manufacturing packing with labels,
• Only fully unused strips/ bottles can be returned(maximum in 10 days).
• Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned as sales invoice (Bill).
• Original sales invoice has to be returned for processing returns and refund.

We do not accept return following condition .
• Partially used strips, opened bottle cannot be returned.
• Product which require specific storage conditions (Temperature controlled ) cannot be returned (vials injections vaccines penfills and cosmetics product) .
• Products which have expired post purchase .
• Second time request against the same product/ order.
